The heart of Florence welcomes a new gastronomic excellence: the Gladius Restaurant. Born from the deep roots of the renowned La Spada Restaurant—which has delighted Florentine palates for over thirty years—Gladius continues a history of tradition, quality, and creativity.
Agostino, Giuseppe, and Claudio, drawing on their experience and passion for their work, have chosen to take on a new challenge with a modern and contemporary restaurant, preserving the roots of the Bistrot “Casa CA.FE.” and that touch of tradition that has characterized the La Spada restaurant for over thirty years.
Every dish, whether from today or yesterday, reflects the fruit of their labor. And the staff they have surrounded themselves with adds a touch of freshness and conviviality that is appreciated by all age groups. It is no coincidence that the two restaurants are located opposite each other, symbolizing continuity over time.
